ABOUT US
IAL Formare Profesionala Lucratori, is an NGO under Romanian law founded by IAL, the training body of the Italian trade union CISL, together with INAS CISL Romania, a patronage that has been assisting citizens in the management of labour relations practices for over twenty years.
IAL Romania carries out its activities in favour of young people, employed, unemployed, enterprises and networks of enterprises, managers, associations and schools.
Our activities pursue specific objectives such as combating youth unemployment, supporting business innovation and using work-based learning as the most effective means of reducing unemployment and achieving broad social prosperity in the EU.
We work primarily with students to improve their skills and knowledge in order to enhance their personal and professional lives. In particular with:
-students, recent graduates and young professionals seeking opportunities for further education, career guidance or preparation for entering the labour market.
– adults who want to retrain to acquire new skills to adapt to a rapidly changing workforce.
Through targeted programmes, workshops and inclusive projects, we aim to provide support, access to learning and personal growth to those facing social, economic or educational disadvantages.
IAL Romania operates at a national level, concentrating its activities mainly in the Bucharest-Ilfov, Sud Muntenia and Centru regions.
