EUROPEAN PROJECTS

European Projects
We like to help develop the new European generations by offering mobility opportunities with the ERASMUS+ programme as a sending and hosting organisation for students and teachers from all over Europe.

What we do

IAL Romania successfully operates in the design and implementation of projects financed by direct funds from the European Union, developing partnerships and networks in the European sphere aimed at improving the skills of internal operators, the quality of services for users and the implementation of the necessary changes that professional training must face in order to adapt to the increasingly challenging demands of the world of work.

What we offer

Our activities pursue clear objectives: the fight against youth unemployment, support for business innovation – both aimed at sustainable economic growth, and the use of Work-Based Learning as the most effective means of reducing unemployment and achieving broad-based social prosperity in the EU.

In line with key EU recommendations, we can offer a reliable partnership in Erasmus+ projects and beyond. Thanks to the collaboration with local companies and numerous stakeholders (trade unions and employers’ associations, chamber of commerce, regional authorities, etc.), we can count on an effective network for the identification of (incoming) training placements, partnerships and support in the implementation of various activities in European projects.

Erasmus+ hosting activities

IAL Romania operates as a hosting organisation in KA1 projects providing logistical and organisational aspects of mobility and training placements for beneficiaries in companies, institutions or organisations in all productive sectors.

The services provided by IAL Romania include:

search for beneficiary reception facilities (residences, flats, etc.)cultural, linguistic and technical training during the first week of mobility

reception activities (Welcome Meeting and guided tours), tutoring and monitoring during the mobility course and concluding seminar

production of project documents (language and placement certificates, final evaluation reports and Europass Mobility)

search for companies in the beneficiary’s sector of origin that fully match the professional profile and individual expectations and experience of the participant

Our projects

Since 2015, year of the creation of the EU Design Area, IAL Romania has participated in several projects financed by the ERASMUS+ Programme, developing strong competences in project design and implementation, in the role of project leader or partner, achieving high performance thanks to its long experience in coordinating projects in the national context.

In addition, the team has supported as technical coordinator, public and private institutions in the management of Erasmus+ projects concerning student and school staff mobility.

Professional development courses for teachers

Within the framework of Erasmus+ KA1 projects, we organise professional development courses for European teachers on the latest trends in methodologies and technologies applied to training and learning.
